All international standarts for rebar analysis are available on the RIB3D software package .
Can we measure define and use our custom standard?
Yes. RIB3D software package enables defining custom standarts and using for analysis and reporting.
Can we measure parameters not defined in the international standards?
Measurements of additional parameters not defined in the standards can be added to the RIB3D system at the request of the customer.
Can RIB3D system generate custom reports?
Yes. You can create your own customized reports in excel format. You can also integrate your existing reports into RIB3D system.
What is the RIB3D system precision to measure ovality?
RIB3D system can measure ovality at an unprecedented precision upto 800 points around circumference and provides ovality parameters at very high resolution.
Is it possible to check if the parameters are within the standards limits before reporting?
Yes. RIB3D software immediately checks the standard limits before reporting and warns the users. The out of range values are also marked in the output report.
Can we measure length and weight of rebars using RIB3D system?
Mass per metre (kg/m) is measured manually in production lines. However, RIB3D system-Master line using its patent pending technology can perform these measurements automatically and adds mass per metre value to the output report.
Can RIB3D system be used for parts other than concrete steel bars?
Yes. RIB3D system can be used to measure any cylindrical part such as plain rods, shafts, threaded mils etc. for measurements such as diameter, thread properties, volumetric wear measurements.
How experienced the user should be to use RIB3D system?
RIB3D system has been designed for everyone. Any user with quick start guide can easily generate measurement reports with just 3 clicks. During installation, extensive user training is also provided on the installation site.
Can you provide the software in different languages?
The default software language is English. Different languages can be added to the software at customer request.
